Trust Administration
Linda serves as Trustee or Successor Trustee for living trusts, testamentary trusts and pet trusts. As Trustee, Linda ensures the terms of the trust are followed, manages and invests the assets, prepares regular accountings to the beneficiaries, prepares and files the required tax returns, and works with clients and their attorneys to regularly review their estate plan to ensure it remains up to date.
Decedent Estate Administration
She acts as Executor, Administrator or Personal Representative for decedent estates. In this capacity she takes charge of the estate assets, sells property, prepares final tax returns, and finally, distributes the assets according to the terms of the decedent’s will or the Probate code if the client died without a will.
Conservatorships
Linda is frequently appointed Conservator of the Person and/or Estate when people are no longer able to manage their own personal or financial affairs. In this capacity she develops close relationships with her clients, helping them preserve their independence as much as possible.
Financial Management Systems
She helps with paying bills, balancing accounts, reviewing correspondence, evaluating insurance, arranging for home repairs and income tax preparation.
Personal Care Services
Linda assists with obtaining care in the home if that is needed, arranging for medical appointments and medical transportation. She also acts as an advocate with medical professionals. Her objectives are client safety and quality of life.
